How is the shed delivered?+
Fully built, on a roll-off mule trailer. The driver levels the shed on your prepared pad in under an hour. We need 12 feet of clear-side access to the pad location for an 8 or 10-foot-wide shed; 14 feet for a 12-foot-wide; 16 feet for a 14-foot-wide. If your gate or side yard is tighter than that, we have a 4-wheel mule that fits 8-foot openings, or we can drop the shed in the driveway and re-position with a forklift. We’ll discuss access on the call.
Does the shed come with a floor?+
Yes. Every Barn Brothers shed has a 3/4-inch treated plywood floor sitting on 2x6 floor joists 16 inches on center, which sits on 4x6 pressure-treated skids. The floor is rated for ATVs, riding mowers, and small tractors, and we offer a heavy-duty floor upgrade (3/4-inch decking + 2x4 joists 12 inches on center) for $200–$400 if you’re storing a heavier piece of equipment.
How long does delivery to Norman take?+
Standard lead time from order to delivery is currently 2 to 4 weeks for in-stock sizes and colors, 4 to 6 weeks for custom configurations. We schedule deliveries by geographic cluster, so if we already have a delivery in your area that week, we can sometimes move you up.

Insulation can be added by stuffing batt insulation into the wall cavities and adding a vapor barrier and interior sheathing — this works well for a workshop or she-shed conversion. We can also order the shed pre-wired and pre-insulated for an additional $1,200–$2,800 depending on size.
What colors can I choose?+

Is rent-to-own really no credit check?+
Yes — truly no credit check. Approval is based on a valid government-issued ID and verifiable monthly income (paystub, bank statement, or benefits letter). Most approvals come through in under 10 minutes. The first month’s payment plus a one-month security deposit gets the shed delivered. You can pay it off early at any time without penalty for a discount, or run it the full 24/36/48-month term.
How much deposit do I need?+
For cash orders, 10% deposit at signing locks production; the balance is due on delivery day by check or card. For financed orders, the deposit is typically zero down. For rent-to-own, the first month’s payment plus security deposit serves as your deposit. We do not ask for full payment up front under any circumstances.
How do warranty claims work?+
You call us. The 10-year structural warranty and the manufacturer warranties on roof and siding are handled in-house with our help — we file the paperwork and coordinate the manufacturer if needed. The 1-year workmanship warranty is handled directly by us. Most claims hit in the first 90 days, almost always involving a door alignment or a missed caulk bead, and we fix those on a single follow-up visit.
Can I move the shed to a new property later?+
Yes. Our portable sheds are designed to be relocated, and we offer that as a service for around $300–$600 depending on size and distance. The shed is craned or rolled onto a trailer, transported, and re-leveled at the new location in a single day. The skids and structure are reusable; only the gravel pad stays behind.
What about HOA approvals?+
